Corporate Communication and News Section

The Corporate Communication and News Section is a newly established unit, officially founded on February 11, 2020, under the Announcement on Division of Administrative and Internal Units of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) B.E. 2563. This section operates under the Public Relations Office, managing internal and external communications, disseminating news, and promoting activities aligned with the university's mission. The aim is to foster understanding of the university’s role and responsibilities across various sectors—social, economic, and environmental. The section also seeks to strengthen relationships between the university and its stakeholders, as well as other organizations, to support the university’s mission and vision in achieving its goals. The section is divided into four main units:

1. **Corporate Communication Unit:** Responsible for managing and planning public relations efforts, disseminating news, and organizing PR campaigns aligned with the university’s mission. This unit also ensures the effective transmission of activities through various communication channels, aiming to foster an understanding of the institution’s role among government agencies, private sectors, and the public, to create a positive image and enhance internal and external relationships.

**Vision**
To support the university's mission in achieving its objectives by promoting a positive image, establishing an effective internal and external communication system, and fostering relationships between the university and various sectors. This also includes enhancing collaboration networks and tangible social engagement activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Corporate Communication and News Section is responsible for supporting organizational communication and social activities, focusing on disseminating news through various types of mass media and technological platforms. This ensures that target audiences and the public are continuously informed about the university’s activities in a timely manner, which helps build trust in the university’s services and enhances its public image.


**Objectives**
1. To promote and disseminate news, cultivate values, and foster mutual understanding between the university and the public through various communication channels, thereby creating a positive image.
2. To strengthen the relationship between university executives, staff, and the media, which will contribute to the effective dissemination of news.
3. To demonstrate social responsibility and showcase the university’s potential to the public.
