The Administrative and Media Production Division was established under the announcement of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) on the Division of Administrative and Internal Units, dated February 11, 2020. This division operates under the Public Relations Office and consists of two main sections:
1. Administrative and Media Production Section
2. Corporate Communication and News Section

**Policies**

**Objectives**
- **O1**: Disseminate accurate and continuous information about the university’s operations to the public.

- **O3**: Foster acceptance and engagement from networks and target groups in line with the university’s strategies and development plan.
- **O4**: Create a repository of public relations information for the university.
- **O5**: Enhance the competency of staff responsible for public relations.
- **O6**: Systematically and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of communication and public relations.
- **O7**: Develop public relations communication skills for university staff to play a role as organizational PR representatives.

**Core Responsibilities**
The Administrative and Media Production Division supports the university’s administrative tasks, divided into five main areas:
1. Administrative and Services
2. Planning and Personnel
3. Finance and Supplies
4. Media Design and Production
5. Media Dissemination

The division follows the strategic plan of the Public Relations Office, aligning with the policies and strategies of the Office of the President at RMUTL. The main goal is to align the division’s operations with the organization’s direction, focusing on enhancing the university’s image. It aims to disseminate knowledge and news according to the university’s mission, making it known to both domestic and international audiences, thereby building confidence among all university stakeholders. This collaboration with all sectors ensures both quantitative and qualitative outputs, divided into two types of operations:

1. **Administrative Tasks**
   - 1.1 Provide prompt and comprehensive telephone services.
   - 1.2 Offer complete and timely information that is easily accessible via computers.
   - 1.3 Maintain a database of individuals contacting the organization.
   - 1.4 Fully implement an electronic document system and archive files in digital format.
   - 1.5 Achieve high levels of satisfaction among staff and stakeholders in terms of information services, with satisfaction levels averaging over 70% or above 3.75 out of 5.

2. **Media Production**
   - 2.1 Plan and design media for annual events, such as:
       - Royal-related events
       - Religious events
       - Annual university activities
   - 2.2 Design promotional media for specific activities, policies, or agendas.
   - 2.3 Create PowerPoint templates for various departments within the university.
   - 2.4 Produce monthly performance report videos for RMUTL.
   - 2.5 Create knowledge dissemination clips based on policies, activities, or projects from the university, organizations, or the government.
   - 2.6 Provide training or knowledge-sharing on photography and design for staff and students.
   - 2.7 Organize exhibitions for assigned projects or events.
   - 2.8 Produce online magazines or journals.
   - 2.9 Conduct projects or activities that promote public relations and media production for the Office of the President and RMUTL.
